Job summary
Autolus Ltd is seeking an Associate Director, Operational Technology in Stevenage to lead a team of OT engineers and drive secure, reliable, and efficient manufacturing and IT infrastructure. You will partner with QC, Engineering, Production, R&D, QA and external vendors to deliver robust OT solutions that align with regulatory compliance and business goals.
The role emphasizes continuous improvement, project leadership, risk management and staying current with industry trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, IT or related field.
- Minimum 7 years in operational technology or similar.
- Proven leadership and vendor management experience.
- Certifications in OT or project management are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of OT engineers.
- Oversee daily OT operations and ensure efficiency.
- Foster collaborative team culture.
- Manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers.
- Negotiate contracts and SLAs.
- Monitor vendor performance and address issues.
- Develop OT strategies for manufacturing, lab, and IT.
- Ensure OT systems are secure, reliable and efficient.
