Proactive Appointments is seeking an OT Security Technical Lead to join onsite near Didcot. You will design, implement, and continuously improve cybersecurity controls across manufacturing OT environments, including PLC, HMI, SCADA and related systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in OT/ICS engineering, industrial automation or cybersecurity.
• Experience designing and implementing security controls for OT/ICS environments (PLC, HMI, SCADA).
• Strong understanding of ICS protocols and OT network security.
• Lead technical OT security projects with distributed teams.
• Define security standards and governance in large organizations.
