National Highways is seeking a Lead Operational Technology Compliance Manager to provide specialist compliance leadership across our OT environment within the Digital Services Directorate. You will deliver independent assurance, oversee supplier submissions and risks, and embed assurance early in delivery to support safe, reliable road networks.

You will partner with OTSE, Quality and Test, and procurement teams to ensure governance, standards and traceable evidence across the OT lifecycle,

Formación

• Must have experience in quality-controlled environments such as ISO 9001.
• Knowledge of roadside OT infrastructure and lifecycle requirements.
• Ability to manage technology schemes across large networks.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Roadside Technology Product Acceptance processes with evidence-based compliance.
• Provide independent assurance across OT products/projects and engage with stakeholders.
• Embed assurance early in delivery with OTSE, Quality and Test, and procurement teams.
• Assess impact of new requirements on programmes and existing OT assets.
• Drive continuous improvement using data, analytics, and emerging AI tools.
