Job summary

Bilfinger UK seeks an experienced leader to drive the day-to-day OT Solutions delivery, software development, systems integration and support across locations. You will develop, implement and continually improve operational processes, standards and governance to ensure consistent delivery.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team, manage stakeholders, and drive automation and best practices in a complex industrial environment.

Qualifications

HND or equivalent qualification in Engineering, IT or a related discipline.
Proven experience managing operational delivery, software development, systems integration or service delivery teams.
Strong understanding of OT, industrial automation, digital technologies and operational environments.
Experience managing multidisciplinary technical teams and project resources.
Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience implementing operational processes, standards and governance frameworks.
Knowledge of software delivery lifecycles, deployment methodologies and support models.
Strong organisational, planning and prioritisation abilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project/service management tools.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the day-to-day OT Solutions delivery, software development, systems integration and support.
Drive standardisation, automation and continuous improvement across locations.
Establish and manage support and maintenance processes for deployed OT Solutions.
Monitor delivery performance, risks, dependencies and resources.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with QMS, cyber security and governance requirements.
