Job summary

Lanpro in Birmingham is seeking an Associate Director of Landscape Architecture to lead complex projects across energy, infrastructure and urban development. You will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, drive design excellence and mentor staff through all project stages.

You will strengthen client relationships, lead bids and proposals, manage budgets and ensure regulatory compliance, while promoting innovation and high-quality landscape outcomes across Lanpro’s national portfolio.

Qualifications

• Post Graduate Diploma or Master’s in Landscape Architecture and chartered status.
• Significant post-chartership experience in consultancy.
• Experience leading and delivering complex landscape projects.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead landscape design and delivery of projects across sectors.
• Manage multidisciplinary project teams and client relationships.
• Provide strategic project management, budgeting and resource planning.
• Ensure quality assurance and compliance with planning requirements.
• Mentor and develop junior staff and support CPD.
