Job summary

Lanpro is seeking an Associate Director in Landscape Architecture to lead projects, coordinate multidisciplinary teams and drive client relationships. You will oversee design delivery across major schemes in the UK, contributing to strategy, finance and quality assurance.

The role combines leadership with hands-on delivery, business development and mentoring, within a collaborative and growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Post graduate qualification in Landscape Architecture and chartered status is essential.
• Proven track record of leading multidisciplinary teams on large projects.
• Experience with infrastructure, DCO/NSIP or renewal energy projects is desirable.
• Strong client management and bid/tender experience expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead landscape architecture projects and deliver design excellence across sectors.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams, budgets, programmes and client relations.
• Support business development and bid submissions with technical input.
• Provide mentoring and development for junior staff and colleagues.
