Job summary

Lanpro is a fast growing consultancy specialising in Environment led Planning and Design. As Associate Director, you will lead Landscape Architecture projects, coordinate multidisciplinary teams and drive client relationships across the UK.

You will mentor staff, support professional development, and contribute to business growth in energy, residential and infrastructure sectors. The role combines leadership, technical design oversight and delivery, with hands-on involvement in landscape

Qualifications

• Professionally qualified Landscape Architect with LI accreditation (PGDip/Master's) and Chartered status (CMLI)
• Significant post-chartership experience in consultancy
• Experience leading complex Landscape Architecture and multidisciplinary teams
• Experience managing fee proposals, tender submittals and project finances
• Strong client management, project leadership and business development skills

Responsibilities

• Lead landscape design and delivery across sectors including infrastructure and renewables
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage projects to time, quality and budget
• Develop and maintain client relationships and pursue new business opportunities
• Mentor junior staff and support CPD and professional development
• Provide strategic guidance on landscape planning, visual and environmental matters
• Represent Lanpro in client meetings, bids and tender presentations
• Ensure compliance with SHEQ procedures and quality assurance
