Job summary

Lanpro seeks an experienced Associate Landscape Architect to lead landscape projects, mentor the team, and drive design excellence. You will deliver technical drawings, visualisations and planning documents while coordinating with clients, consultants and stakeholders.

You will guide project delivery from concept through to planning and detailed design, ensuring quality, programme and budget compliance while supporting business development and multidisciplinary collaboration.

Qualifications

• LI-accredited degree in Landscape Architecture or postgraduate equivalent.
• Chartered membership (CMLI) or working towards chartership.
• Experience delivering landscape designs and supporting documentation.
• Experience managing projects, budgeting and scheduling.
• Experience in multidisciplinary teams and design studios.

Responsibilities

• Lead landscape architecture projects and workstreams to meet quality and budget.
• Prepare landscape designs, drawings, visuals and planning documents.
• Develop concepts from site analysis to detailed design.
• Mentor junior designers and review work for QA.
• Liaise with clients, consultants and stakeholders; support business development.
• Ensure deadlines and Lanpro procedures, H&S standards are followed.
