Job summary

Lanpro is seeking an experienced Associate Landscape Architect to lead landscape delivery across diverse projects in the UK. You will manage technical delivery, client liaison and team development within a dynamic, multidisciplinary studio.

The role involves designing landscape schemes, producing drawings and reports, and helping with business development while mentoring junior staff. A Chartered CMLI or progress toward chartership is expected.

Qualifications

• Essential Landscape Institute accredited degree or equivalent.
• Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute (CMLI), or actively working towards chartership.
• Experience with landscape architecture consultancy and multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of landscape architecture projects and specific workstreams within budget and programme.
• Prepare landscape designs, technical drawings, visualisations and planning documents.
• Develop design proposals from site analysis to detailed design stages.
• Provide technical review and QA of work by junior colleagues.
• Manage project tasks, programmes, resources and budgets.
• Liaise with clients, consultants and stakeholders; attend site visits and meetings.
• Support fee proposals, tender submissions and business development.
• Mentor and develop junior Landscape Architects.
