Job summary

Lanpro is a leading multidisciplinary consultancy delivering landscape architecture and planning across the UK. The Associate Director role requires coordinating teams, leading landscape design, and managing client relationships on major infrastructure and renewable energy projects.

You will develop technical excellence, oversee project performance, and contribute to business growth while mentoring junior staff and advancing Chartered Membership of the Landscape Institute (CMLI).

Qualifications

• Landscape Institute accredited PGDip or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture.
• Significant post-chartership experience within a consultancy environment.
• Experience leading and delivering complex Landscape Architecture projects.

Responsibilities

• Provides design leadership and quality assurance for landscape outputs.
• Leads client presentations, workshops and stakeholder engagement.
• Manages multidisciplinary project teams and project budgets.
