Job summary

Lead Careers Ltd is working with a multidisciplinary consultancy to appoint an Associate Director Landscape Architect in Merseyside. The role balances project leadership, client engagement and team development while remaining involved in the creative and technical sides of landscape architecture.

You will lead landscape architecture and planning projects UK-wide, manage programmes and resources, mentor junior staff, and contribute to business development.

Qualifications

Chartered landscape architect with senior/associate level experience.
Strong leadership of UK projects from planning to delivery.
Excellent communication and client management skills.
Experience with landscape planning, regeneration and public realm projects.

Responsibilities

Lead landscape architecture and planning projects across sectors.
Manage programmes, resources and client relationships.
Mentor junior staff and lead meetings/workshops.
Support business development and bid activities.
Ensure quality assurance and technical delivery.
