Job summary

Stantec is seeking an Associate Director - Infrastructure Planning to lead major UK infrastructure projects and manage consenting regimes. The role focuses on strategic planning, EIA advice, and client relationship development across renewable energy, transport, and other sectors.

You will guide project teams, drive delivery to programme and budget, and mentor junior staff while supporting business development and growth of the Infrastructure Planning capability across the UK & Ireland.

Qualifications

• Experience in major infrastructure planning and consenting regimes.
• Strong leadership and client relationship development.
• Proven track record delivering complex projects on time and budget.

Responsibilities

• Leading the planning and consenting elements of major infrastructure projects, including DCOs.
• Providing strategic planning, consenting and EIA advice throughout the project lifecycle.
• Managing complex planning projects to programme, budget and quality.
• Leading project teams and mentoring colleagues while supporting business development.
