Job summary

Qualifications

• Have the ability to work as part of a team and lead engineers toward project delivery.
• Working knowledge of UK electrical building services design, including standards and regulations.
• BPSS security clearance is a minimum requirement.
• Development and line management of junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead production of detailed and performance specifications for the discipline.
• Direct project delivery and communicate with clients to meet deliverables and KPIs.
• Oversee feasibility studies and conceptual to detailed design phases.
• Maintain project overview, resource planning and team workload.
• Ensure contracts/letters of intent are in place before work starts.
