Job summary

WSP Global Inc. in Cambridge is seeking an Associate Director with a proven track record in leading MEP projects and multidisciplinary teams. You will guide design and technical delivery, ensuring feasibility and compliance with UK/EU regulations.

Based in our Cambridge office, you will supervise detailed designs, produce performance specifications, and coordinate with clients to meet project delivery needs across buildings services. Strong Revit MEP and AutoCAD skills are essential.

Qualifications

UK/European regulations understanding demonstrated in project execution.
UK project experience within Building Services MEP.
Proven ability with electrical design software to allocate/direction of work.
Experience using Revit MEP for design coordination on projects.
Ability to sketch and communicate technical details graphically.
Working knowledge of AutoCAD for project delivery.

Responsibilities

Lead design within a multidisciplinary MEP team and supervise technical delivery.
Directs detailed designs and guides others in production of specifications.
Assess project feasibility and lead feasibility studies for the discipline.
Review design programmes and ensure sufficient resources are available.
Coordinate with clients and project teams to meet delivery needs.
