Grant Thornton UK LLP is seeking an Associate Director for Digital Tax to shape and deliver digital strategy across tax services. This role works closely with Engineering, Product and Data Office to turn priorities into tangible products, platforms and data capabilities that drive measurable value for clients and the firm.

You will collaborate with tax service lines and technical teams, influence senior stakeholders, and oversee multiple workstreams while championing innovation and continuous

Formación

• Experience shaping or delivering digital or technology strategy in professional services, tax or a similarly complex environment.
• Proven track record delivering technology-enabled change, working alongside engineering and product teams.
• Understanding of data platforms, data governance and how data underpins products and decision making.
• Familiarity with the Microsoft technology stack and Anthropic tools, and how they are applied to automation and AI.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and deliver through others without direct line management.

Responsabilidades

• Translate strategy into delivered products, platforms and data capabilities.
• Oversee the delivery of strategic initiatives across multiple workstreams, ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence.
• Prepare and maintain business cases, benefits tracking and governance reporting for senior leaders and investment decisions.
• Engage partners and service line leaders to understand challenges and drive adoption of digital solutions.
• Drive a culture of innovation and continuous improvement across the digital ecosystem.
