Grant Thornton is strengthening its Corporate and Multinational Tax team in the UK with an experienced Corporate Tax Associate Director. You will work with a varied client base, including listed groups and PE-backed businesses, delivering complex tax advisory and compliance projects.

You’ll mentor junior staff, lead client relationships, and contribute to business development, while enjoying flexible working options to balance life and work.

Qualifikationen

• Professional qualification with post-qualification experience in UK corporation tax.
• Experience leading domestic and international advisory projects in corporate tax.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage client relationships across a portfolio.
• Willingness to coach and develop junior team members.

• Advise a broad range of clients on tax issues, including compliance and advisory work.
• Lead client relationships and deliver solutions for advisory projects.
• Oversee preparation of tax provisions and ensure reporting deadlines are met.
• Develop and lead your own client portfolio with a high level of service.
• Collaborate with Grant Thornton tax practice to identify opportunities and cross-sell.
• Proactively train and develop junior team members through bespoke sessions.
• Lead project delivery and ensure skilled utilization across teams.
• Support business development by networking and pitching to clients.
