Job summary

Grant Thornton UK LLP is seeking an Associate Director to shape and deliver the digital strategy for Tax. You will partner with Engineering, Product and the Data Office to translate strategic priorities into practical products, platforms, and data capabilities that drive measurable impact for clients and the firm.

Qualifications

Experience shaping or delivering digital or technology strategy in professional services or similar complex environments.
Proven track record delivering technology-enabled change with engineering and product teams.
Understanding data platforms, governance and data-driven decision making.
Familiarity with Microsoft technology stack and AI/automation applications.

Responsibilities

Shape and deliver the digital strategy for Tax with a clear roadmap and measurable outcomes.
Collaborate with Engineering, Product and Data Office to turn strategy into products and data capabilities.
Link tax service lines with technical teams, prioritising work by value, risk and feasibility.
Oversee multiple workstreams, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
Develop business cases, benefits tracking and governance reporting for leadership.
