Job summary

AtkinsRéalis UK Limited is seeking an exceptional Associate Director to join our Cost Management (Project Controls) team, delivering leadership across complex infrastructure projects in rail, highways, water and energy sectors.

You will manage, mentor and grow a high-calibre Cost Management group, drive strategic client engagements, and advance our benchmarking and cost performance capabilities using tools like Power BI, PRISM and Oracle.

Qualifications

• Degree in construction or finance is essential.
• Experience in cost management for complex infrastructure projects (rail, highways, water, energy).
• Proven leadership and people management skills in a consultancy environment.
• Strong ability to develop and implement Earned Value Management and performance measurement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the Cost Management service for complex infrastructure projects.
• Drive business development and client engagement across multiple commissions.
• Mentor and develop teams to deliver high-quality cost management outputs.
• Deliver reporting and performance insights using tools such as Power BI, PRISM and Oracle.
