Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in Wales & West Region is seeking a Principal Cost Manager to lead complex infrastructure costs, deliver best–in–class cost management services, and drive performance against targets.

You will mentor teams, develop benchmarking capabilities using Power-BI, PRISM, Oracle, Deltek and other tools, and engage clients to shape strategy while ensuring delivery with integrity and value.

Qualifications

• Extensive cost management experience on complex infrastructure projects.
• Proven track record of leading teams and delivering value.
• Strong understanding of industry benchmarks, WBS, and measurement methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead on delivering portfolios and projects with financial accountability.
• Develop cost management strategy and drive continuous improvement.
• Mentor Assistant Cost Managers and Cost Managers within the team.
• Engage clients and partners to ensure high quality service delivery.
