What You Will Do

As an Associate Director in Guidehouse's Commercial Financial Services practice, you will have responsibility for client management, solution implementation, and project results. You will own project workstreams, interact with clients daily to ensure engagement success, support operational meetings with sponsors and leaders, and prepare reports and presentations for clients and internal executives. You will lead, coach, and mentor consultants, ensuring quality deliverables.

What You Will Need
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment with changing priorities
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 7+ years of experience in commercial financial services, banking, insurance, or capital markets
  • Knowledge in areas such as banking regulations, operational improvement, technology strategy, business architecture, process improvement, or change management
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, tailored to clients and colleagues
  • Creative problem-solving and collaborative mindset
  • Proven ability to lead client service delivery teams with high-quality work
  • Strong client relationship skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to produce quality work promptly with attention to detail
  • Experience with time-sensitive projects
  • Motivated, energetic, and positive attitude
  • Willingness to travel up to 100% if needed
  • Legal right to work in the UK (e.g., UK Passport, EU Settled Status, Visa)
Nice to Have
