Ideal candidates will have experience working with High-Net-Worth Individuals with dual reporting needs in both the UK and US. The role requires strong leadership skills and an appetite to grow the firm’s current service offerings.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic initiatives and proposals.
• Manage a portfolio of national and international clients, including high net worth individuals, partnerships, and trusts.
• Keep abreast of relevant legal changes and industry trends.
• Conduct client satisfaction surveys to ensure high standards.
• Assist with the delivery of technology tools and identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Develop and nurture colleagues to support their growth.

Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will have previous experience dealing with UK & US personal tax issues. Education to degree level (or equivalent) is required; additional tax qualifications are desirable but not essential.
