Job summary

Pallet is seeking an Associate Deployment Strategist to own deployments from discovery through go-live and ongoing success. You will coordinate with customers, Agent Delivery Engineers, Product, Sales, and Success to turn real-world processes into reliable AI agent workflows.

This client-facing, early-career role centers on mid-market deployments, day-to-day coordination, and collaborating with senior team members on larger accounts while helping to scale playbooks and processes.

Qualifications

• Comfort working with customers and asking thoughtful questions
• Basic technical acumen including familiarity with APIs, JSON, SQL or system workflows
• Ability to operate in a fast-moving environment and create structure from ambiguity
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to break down complex workflows into clear steps, requirements, and decisions
• Strong organization and follow-through across multiple workstreams
• 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing, operations, implementation, consulting, product, support, or technical project role
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Comfort working in spreadsheets and presentation tools
• Prior experience in implementation, customer success, solutions, or operations
• Experience at a SaaS, logistics, supply chain, marketplace, or workflow automation company
• Experience working with AI-driven or automation products

Responsibilities

• Serve as the executive point of contact for customer deployments and long-term success
• Lead customer discovery to understand workflows, constraints, and success criteria
• Translate complex business processes into executable AI agent workflows
• Partner with Agent Delivery Engineers to validate assumptions and execute technically
• Configure, test, and release agent configurations for customer use cases
• Own deployment plans, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communication
• Lead customer kickoffs, milestone reviews, QBRs, and executive updates
• Proactively manage scope changes, escalations, and expectation-setting
• Improve and scale onboarding and deployment processes over time
• Travel for key customer milestones and kickoffs as needed (~25%)
