Job summary

3Search, the entry-level arm of the 11 Investments group, is hiring a Recruitment Consultant focused on the UK Marketing market. You’ll start by sourcing and screening candidates, while learning how to secure clients and grow a desk in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

This role offers a base salary up to £30k DOE, hybrid and flexible working (onsite full-time initially), unlimited holiday, wellbeing activities, and team events.

We are looking to hire an entry-level Recruitment Consultant, focusing on the UK Marketing world. Starting with a candidate focus, whilst you learn how to bring on your own clients. This is an 'attitude hire' and we're ideally looking for someone with a couple of years' life experience post-school/college/university. Ideally some work experience in a professional office environment.
