Job summary

3Search is hiring a Principal Consultant for our Sales practice in the UK. You will generate new business opportunities, cross-sell interim solutions to clients, and lead client meetings to drive growth.

This role offers hybrid and flexible working (3 days onsite) with a base salary up to £50k plus bonus. You’ll collaborate with delivery teams to secure top candidates and stay ahead of market conditions to fuel client success.
