Job summary

Central London Community Healthcare Trust seeks two full-time Associate Chief Clinical Information Officers (ACCIO) to help shape digitally enabled care across the Trust. Working with the CCIO and multidisciplinary teams, you will drive safe, innovative digital transformation that enhances patient care and staff experience.

You will lead clinical engagement, implement digital systems, and ensure NHS standards while delivering high-quality, person-centred care across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Clinical professional qualification and registration.
• Undergraduate degree in a clinical or clinical informatics subject.
• Masters or equivalent combination of masters level education, specialist qualifications and experience.
• Qualified Clinical Safety Officer or willingness to undertake training.
• Postgraduate Informatics/IT Qualification/ health leadership Qualification.
• Experience of digital transformation Projects within the NHS.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership to support the delivery of the Trust's digital strategy and digital transformation programmes.
• Work collaboratively with clinical, operational, digital and transformation teams to implement and optimise digital healthcare systems.
• Promote the safe, effective and innovative use of technology to improve patient care, staff experience and service efficiency.
• Lead and support divisional digital transformation initiatives aligned with Trust and Integrated Care System priorities.
• Champion clinical engagement, ensuring digital solutions meet the needs of patients, carers and multidisciplinary teams.
• Identify, evaluate and promote digital innovations that improve quality, productivity and outcomes.
• Support compliance with NHS digital clinical safety standards, including monitoring and managing digital clinical risk.
• Provide leadership, advice and support for designated projects, including the effective use of people and resources where appropriate.
• Contribute to teaching, learning, research, governance and the continuous development of digital clinical practice across the Trust.
