Essential criteria
  • Registered allied health care professional or registered nurse
  • Degree/ masters level qualification relevant to community practice or Evidence of recent CPD
  • Post-graduate management and/or leadership training
  • Clinical supervisor training
  • Specialist Community Practitioner/District Nursing qualification
Desirable criteria
  • Post Graduate masters level modular training
  • Non medical prescribing
Experience
Essential criteria
  • Significant post-qualification experience in a relevant clinical field
  • Demonstrate broad experience post registration working in a variety of clinical settings.
  • In depth experience of working within multi agency / multi-disciplinary team
  • Experience of working with single assessment process
  • Experience participating in a research or audit project and implementing full audit cycle
  • Experience in mentorship role
  • Experience of leading and managing a team
Desirable criteria
  • Experience of managing a budget
  • Experience of managing and investigating complaints
  • Experience of managing and investigating serious incidents
  • Experience of undertaking service analysis / deep dive reviews.
