Job summary

Clancy seeks a proactive Project Coordinator to support the Alliance projects from planning through to delivery. You will work with a Project Manager across planning, delivery, and continuous improvement, liaising with stakeholders at all levels and ensuring timely performance reporting.

The role emphasizes proactive collaboration, organisational strength, and clear communication to drive improvements and successful project outcomes within the Alliance ecosystem.

Qualifications

  • Strong organisational and project coordination skills.
  • Confident communicator across levels.
  • Customer-focused approach with priority management.
  • Experience with SAP is advantageous.
  • Full driving licence required.

Responsibilities

  • Identify problems with teams and suggest improvements.
  • Review service delivery and propose improvements for customers and operations.
  • Review process documents, guidance and communications.
  • Plan and coordinate training with Training & Development.
  • Prepare project updates and performance reports.
  • Track risks, issues and actions to keep on schedule.
  • Arrange meetings and maintain project records.
  • Assist in business case preparation, including costs and benefits.
  • Lead small improvement projects from planning to delivery.
  • Keep colleagues and stakeholders informed throughout projects.
  • Create and manage project plans to ensure delivery success.

The Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Alliance, a partnership between Anglian Water, Clancy and Kier. Through our 'Best for Task' approach, colleagues from any Alliance partner organisation are welcome to apply. If successful, you will remain employed by your current organisation on your existing terms and conditions while working in a role hosted by another Alliance partner.
Working alongside a Project Manager, you'll support projects from planning through to delivery, helping to improve processes, solve challenges and achieve successful outcomes across the Alliance. This role offers valuable experience in project delivery, continuous improvement and stakeholder engagement, making it ideal for someone looking to develop their career and broaden their skills.
You'll be organised, proactive, and confident communicating with people at all levels.

You have strong organisational and project coordination skills and enjoy working with a wide range of people. You'll be a confident communicator who can build positive relationships across teams and explain information clearly and simply. A customer focused approach is essential, along with the ability to manage priorities and support projects from planning through to delivery. Experience using SAP would be an advantage. Most importantly, you'll be proactive, collaborative, and keen to help drive improvements. A full driving licence is essential.
