• Understand and document business processes to identify automation opportunities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design scalable automation solutions.
• Develop, test and maintain automations using Blue Prism.
• Support day-to-day operation of the automation estate for reliability.
• Act as a point of contact for automation-related queries and incidents.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of existing automated processes.
