Job summary

Experis UK in London is seeking an Intelligent Automation Engineer to deliver AI-powered automation across business operations. This hybrid, permanent role focuses on document processing, intelligent workflows, and large-scale business transformation initiatives.

You will design and build AI-driven solutions, integrate enterprise systems, govern AI programs, and collaborate with stakeholders to unlock operational efficiency while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering AI and Intelligent Automation solutions.
• Generative AI, LLMs and AI-powered workflow experience.
• Process automation and workflow orchestration.
• Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) experience beneficial.
• Strong data manipulation and transformation capability.
• Experience working with APIs and systems integration.
• Python or other scripting/programming languages beneficial.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience operating within regulated environments highly desirable.

Paying up to £100k + 10% Bonus

We are currently working with a leading organisation that is investing heavily in AI, Automation and Digital Transformation.

They are looking to hire an Intelligent Automation Engineer to join a growing team and help deliver AI-powered solutions that improve operational efficiency, automate complex processes and support large-scale business transformation initiatives.

The Role

This is not a traditional RPA role.

The position sits at the intersection of:

• Document Processing
• Workflow Design
• Business Transformation

You will be responsible for identifying, designing and implementing intelligent automation solutions that help streamline business processes whilst maintaining strong governance and regulatory controls.
