Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a skilled Blue Prism Engineer to design, build, test, and maintain RPA solutions. You will work with business analysts, process owners, and IT teams to automate repetitive tasks and drive efficiency.

The role involves designing and implementing Blue Prism automations, converting PDDs to SDDs, and maintaining the Blue Prism environment across components such as Control Room and Work Queues. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
Hands-on automations development in Blue Prism.
Understanding of RPA lifecycle stages: discovery to deployment.
Experience with Blue Prism components: Process Studio, Object Studio, Control Room, Work Queues, Credential Manager.
Experience with exception handling, error recovery, and resilience design in Blue Prism.
Familiarity with Surface Automation, API integrations, and Application Modeller.
Proficient in SQL and working with databases.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement Blue Prism RPA solutions following best practices.
Translate Process Definition Documents into technical Solution Design Documents.
Build, configure, and maintain Blue Prism objects and processes.
Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of automations.
Deploy bots to production and monitor performance.
Collaborate with analysts and owners to identify automation opportunities.
Maintain existing automations and implement enhancements.
Ensure governance, security, and audit compliance.
