Job summary

You will guide multidisciplinary teams, mentor colleagues and help grow our architecture business in the Southwest and beyond, contributing to innovative, sustainable design solutions and strong client engagement.

Qualifications

• Lead architectural design across multiple stages and disciplines.
• Deliver projects with multidisciplinary teams including engineers, planners and landscape architects.
• Build strong client and stakeholder relationships across projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design and project delivery at all RIBA stages.
• Manage multidisciplinary project teams across commercial, residential and mixed-use developments.
• Collaborate with engineers, planners, landscape architects and environmental specialists to deliver integrated design solutions.
• Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships, acting as a trusted advisor throughout project lifecycles.
• Support work-winning activities including bids, presentations and client engagement.
