Qualifications

Extensive experience in landscape planning, preferably in consultancy.
Proven track record leading complex projects and managing client relationships.
Strong expertise in LVIA, TVIA and strategic landscape assessment.
Experience providing strategic advice on landscape capacity, sensitivity and character including Green Belt/Strategic Gap assessments.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee delivery of landscape and townscape planning projects with high-quality outputs and client service.
Provide expert technical input into LVIA, TVIA and strategic landscape assessments.
Deliver strategic advice on landscape capacity, sensitivity, and character.
Lead multidisciplinary teams and mentor team members to build capability.
Grow existing and new client accounts through relationship management and BD activities.
Represent the landscape team in meetings, inquiries and public consultations.
