As an Associate Architect, you'll provide both technical and design leadership across a varied portfolio of multidisciplinary projects. You'll work closely with clients, lead project teams, manage and mentor colleagues and help drive the continued growth of our Architecture business in the Southwest and beyond.
You’ll have the opportunity to:
Lead architectural design and project delivery at all RIBA stages.
Manage multidisciplinary project teams across commercial, residential and mixed-use developments.
Collaborate with engineers, planners, landscape architects and environmental specialists to deliver integrated design solutions.
Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships, acting as a trusted advisor throughout project lifecycles.
Support work-winning activities including bids, presentations and client engagement
