Qualifications

• ARB registered Architect with substantial post-qualification experience.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary project teams.
• Experience delivering commercial, residential and mixed-use projects through all RIBA work stages.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Revit, BIM and digital workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design and project delivery at all RIBA stages.
• Manage multidisciplinary project teams across commercial, residential and mixed-use developments.
• Collaborate with engineers, planners, landscape architects and environmental specialists to deliver integrated design solutions.
• Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
• Oversee project programmes, budgets and quality, including technical excellence.
• Mentor and develop junior architects and architectural assistants.
• Champion sustainable, innovative and digitally enabled design.
