Konker in London seeks an Associate Architect to join our established studio. You will lead live projects from feasibility to delivery, manage senior client relationships, and shape how the London studio evolves.

You will mentor architects and technologists, contribute to bids and business development, and take defined leadership ownership with a clear growth path. Flexible and remote working options are supported.

Qualifications

• Several years of post-qualification experience, with a strong track record of running substantial projects.
• Confident client-facing, comfortable with commercial and contractual conversations.
• Sector experience across public sector, commercial, education or residential would be useful.
• Genuine interest in stepping into a leadership role and helping steer the practice locally.
