Job summary

Aztrum is seeking a Senior / Associate Architect in London to help grow the studio and lead a developing team. You will shape the portfolio and drive delivery across multiple sectors while mentoring staff and building client relationships.

The role requires a qualified architect with post-qualification experience, strong leadership, and proficiency in Revit. Initial 2–3 days per week in the London office with potential for greater ownership as the studio expands.

Senior / Associate Architect

Up to £60,000

Aztrum are proud to be working with a highly regarded and well-known architectural practice who are investing heavily in the growth of their London studio. They are looking to appoint a Senior or Associate Architect who will play a key role in shaping the future of the studio and building a team around them.

This is more than a traditional project-based role. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to establish themselves as a key figure within the London office, helping to develop the team, win and deliver exciting projects and influence the direction of the studio. The long-term ambition is for this individual to progress into a Studio Lead position.

The role will initially require 2–3 days per week in the London office, with the opportunity to take real ownership of the studio as it continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities for this Senior / Associate Architect role:

• Play a central role in the growth and development of the London studio
• Help build, mentor and develop a high-performing architectural team
• Lead and deliver a diverse portfolio of projects across multiple sectors
• Take ownership of projects from concept through to completion
• Build strong relationships with clients, consultants and project stakeholders
• Support business development, new opportunities and the continued growth of the London portfolio

• Work towards taking on full Studio Lead responsibilities as the team develops
