Are you an experienced Senior Architect or Associate ready to step up and take on greater leadership within a healthcare-focused practice? We are seeking a talented and driven ARB-registered Associate Architect with a proven track record of leading projects through to completion and mentoring others along the way. The Role

As an Associate Architect, you will:

• Take ownership of projects from concept through to completion, ensuring design integrity and technical excellence
• Provide leadership and support to junior members of the team, helping to develop their skills and confidence

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and contractors to achieve outstanding results
• Play an active role in shaping a positive and empowering studio culture where ideas are shared and talent is nurtured

About You

We're looking for someone who brings:
