Job summary

A London-based design practice known for its imaginative reuse of buildings is expanding its team following several project wins in London. They seek an Architect with 6-10 years PQE to join a financially stable Employee Owned Trust environment and lead projects from inception through to completion.

You will run your own projects, mentor junior staff, and benefit from a generous bonus, a brand new office space, hybrid working options, and a healthy pipeline of award-winning schemes.

Qualifications

• Approximately 6-10 years post-qualification experience.
• Experience delivering projects across RIBA stages 0-6 in Revit.
• Strong knowledge of the London market.

A prestigious client best known for their design excellence and imagination in reuse of buildings combined with some of London's best new buildings are looking to expand their team due to some fantastic project wins in London.

A financially stable Employee Owned Trust who have been demonstrating a consistent flow of projects within the commercial workplace, hotels for some time. If you're a Senior looking for your next step/ promotion within a progressive environment or you're an Associate wanting more sustainability focused projects in a stable firm, this is a brilliant opportunity.

I am looking to speak with experienced Architects approximately 6-10 years post qualification experience with a superb knowledge of the London market and experience in delivering projects across RIBA stages 0-6 in Revit.

You will have the opportunity to be running your own projects and managing less experienced staff throughout all phases of a project.
