We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Technical Coordinator to join our team within Vistry Central Home Counties at our Takeley office in Essex. As an Assistant Technical Coordinator, you will be part of the Technical Team responsible for managing new build housing projects from inception to completion. Your duties will include preparing design information, managing consultants, coordinating with external parties, and liaising with local authorities and other Vistry departments, including site teams.

Candidate requirements

Role responsibilities

  • Follow Vistry site procedures
  • Assist in managing external consultants for drawings and project timelines
  • Attend project meetings
  • Support Engineering, Technical, and Coordination teams
  • Oversee site investigations and civil/structural design work
  • Respond to site queries and resolve technical issues
  • Review and issue drawings and coordinate projects
  • Contribute to departmental improvements
