Assistant Technical Coordinator – Romford

Salary: Up to £35,000 + Package

Location: Romford

The company has a longstanding reputation within the industry and offers an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Technical Coordinator to join them on a permanent basis, overseeing a range of schemes.

Due to their growing success and innovative approach, they are seeking an ambitious, experienced Assistant Technical Coordinator with previous experience in the Residential Sector, working for a Main Contractor or Developer.

Technical Coordinator Responsibilities
  • Support and assist the Technical Management to ensure all designs meet project expectations.
  • Ensure all legal requirements are approved, enabling projects to commence and be constructed to the highest standards.
  • Occasionally visit sites to carry out inspections.
  • Organize and develop briefs, managing relevant information as instructed by the Technical Manager.
  • Follow technical processes and procedures, addressing technical issues to improve project workflows.
  • Review and check full working drawing packages.
Personal Specification
  • Minimum of 3-5 years relevant experience in a coordination role.
  • Experience working on residential projects, including houses and apartments.
  • Qualification or Degree in Architecture or experience from an architectural practice.
  • Strong leadership skills.
