Job summary

Voyage Care is seeking a Female Support Worker for Winnersh. The role pays £12.74 up to £14.24 per hour with overtime and evening/weekend enhancements. Shifts run 7am-2pm, 2pm-9pm, and 7am-9pm, including every other weekend. A valid Full UK driving licence is required.

You’ll support residents to gain independence, assist with personal care, and help them access local communities and activities. This is a hands-on, rewarding role in a welcoming residence at Winnersh.
