Job summary

Voyage Care is seeking a Female Support Worker in Winnersh. The role pays £12.74 up to £14.24 per hour with overtime and evening/weekend enhancements. Shifts run 7am-2pm, 2pm-9pm, including alternate weekends. A valid Full UK driving licence is required.

You will help people gain independence, teach life skills, and support daily activities in our Winnersh residential service. Training and development accompany opportunities for progression within a caring, supportive team.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Full UK driving licence.
• Experience in care or support work is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care and daily living activities.
• Promote independence and social engagement for the people supported.
• Work within a team to deliver high-quality care and activities, including outings and exercises.

Female Support Worker – Winnersh - £12.74 up to £14.24 with overtime and evening/weekend enhancements (Ts & Cs apply)

Shifts: 7am-2pm, 2pm-9pm, 7am - 9pm including every other weekend.
