Partners in Support in Stevenage is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to provide emotional and practical support to adults with learning disabilities and autism, helping them live life their way. You’ll work as part of a close-knit team, with regular supervision, training, and opportunities for progression, on a permanent full-time contract with guaranteed hours.
No prior social care experience is required as full training is provided; a driving licence is preferred but not essential for this

As a Support Worker, you’ll provide emotional and practical support to adults with learning disabilities and autism, helping them to live life their way.
You’ll support people to build confidence, develop independence, learn new skills, access their community by taking part in activities, and do the things that matter most to them.
