Job summary

Bethphage is recruiting Part-Time Support Workers to assist adults with learning disabilities in Bridgnorth and Telford. You will provide person-centred support with daily living tasks, community access, and social activities.

The role includes some 2–6 hour shifts, with 15 hours per week and a £12.80 per hour rate with a £200 joining bonus. Shifts may include mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

Locations: Bridgnorth & Telford

Joining bonus £200 (T&C's £50 on completion of onboarding, £150 on completion of 6 months probation)

We support adults with learning disabilities to live independently in their own homes and communities, promoting choice, dignity, inclusion and wellbeing.

We're looking for three Part-Time Support Workers (15 hours per week). Shifts typically range from 2 to 6 hours and may include mornings, evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays.

About your role

As a Support Worker, you'll help people live fulfilling lives by providing person-centred support tailored to their individual needs and goals. Activities may include shopping, attending appointments, social outings, leisure activities, holidays and support within the home.
