The Role:

Our Assistant Stylists are key to the success of our Pets Grooming salons. You'll deliver the highest standard of pet care, demonstrating a basic understanding of grooming techniques, including handling, equipment use, and pre-grooming preparation.

We will provide training, skills, and knowledge to help you deliver excellent service. You'll enjoy a competitive pay and opportunities for growth through training and development programs, including our Earn as You Learn schemes and skill-based pay enhancements.

We’re seeking individuals who are:

• Passionate about delivering great service.
• Flexible, with the ability to work a flexible shift pattern across 6 days a week (closed on Sundays). A minimum contract of 39 hours is offered, but additional hours may be required during busy periods, absences, and holidays.
• Experience with dogs in a professional grooming or pet care environment is desirable but not essential. (Bathing and prepping your own dog does not qualify as professional experience). Experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
• Familiar with target-driven environments is a plus, but not mandatory.
