The Role:

Our Assistant Stylists are critical to the success of our Pets Grooming salons. You'll deliver the highest standard of pet care while demonstrating a basic understanding of grooming techniques, including handling, equipment use, and pre-grooming preparation.

We will provide training, skills, and knowledge to help you deliver excellent service. Enjoy a competitive pay and growth opportunities through our training programs, including Earn as You Learn and skill-based pay enhancements.

We’re seeking individuals who are:

• Passionate about delivering great service.
• Flexible, with the ability to work shifts across 6 days a week (closed on Sundays). The minimum contract is 39 hours, with potential for more during busy periods, absences, and holidays.
• Experience working with dogs in a professional grooming or pet care environment is desirable but not essential. Please note that bathing and prepping your own dog does not count as professional experience.
• Preferably experienced in a target-driven environment, but willing to learn if not.
