The Role:

Our Assistant Stylists are key to the success of our Pets Grooming salons. You will deliver high standards of pet care, demonstrating basic technical skills related to dog grooming, including handling techniques, equipment use, and pre-grooming preparation.

We will provide training, skills, and knowledge to help you deliver excellent service. You’ll enjoy a competitive base pay and opportunities for growth through comprehensive training and development, including our Earn as You Learn programmes and skill-based pay enhancements.

We’re seeking individuals who are:

• Passionate about delivering excellent service.
• Flexible, with the ability to work a shift pattern across 6 days a week (closed on Sundays). A minimum of 39 hours per week, with potential for additional hours during busy periods, absences, or holidays.
• Experience working with or handling dogs in a professional grooming or pet care environment is desirable but not essential. Please note that bathing and prepping your own dog does not count as professional experience.
• Preferably experienced in a target-driven environment, but willing to learn if not.
