The Role:

Our Assistant Stylists are essential to the success of our grooming salons. You will deliver high standards of pet care while demonstrating basic technical skills in dog grooming, including handling, equipment use, and pre-grooming preparation.

We will provide training, skills, and knowledge to help you deliver excellent customer service. You’ll enjoy a competitive salary and opportunities for growth through our training programs, including Earn as You Learn and skill-based pay enhancements.

We’re seeking individuals who are:

• Passionate about delivering great service.
• Flexible, with the ability to work a shift pattern over 6 days a week (closed on Sundays). A minimum of 39 hours per week, with potential for more during busy periods.
• Experience working with dogs or in pet care is desirable but not essential. Customer-facing experience is preferred.
• Comfortable working in target-driven environments.
