The Role:

Our Assistant Stylists are critical to the success of our Pets Grooming salons. You'll deliver the highest standard of pet care, demonstrating a basic understanding of grooming techniques, including handling, equipment use, and pre-grooming preparation.

We will provide training, skills, and knowledge to help you deliver excellent service. You'll enjoy a competitive pay and opportunities for growth through our training programs, including Earn as You Learn and skill-based pay enhancements.

We’re seeking individuals who are:

• Passionate about delivering great service.
• Flexible, able to work a shift pattern across 6 days a week (closed on Sundays). The minimum contract is 39 hours, but additional hours may be required during busy periods, absences, or holidays.
• Experience with dogs in a grooming or pet care environment is desirable but not essential. (Note: bathing and prepping your own dog does not count as professional experience.)
• Experienced in a customer-facing environment is preferred.
