The Role:

Our Assistant Stylists are crucial to the success of our Pets Grooming salons. You'll provide the highest standard of pet care, demonstrating a basic understanding of grooming techniques such as preparing and clipping dogs, handling techniques, equipment use, and pre-grooming preparation.

We will provide training, skills, and knowledge to help you deliver service aligned with our goal of being the 'Best Pet Care Business in the World'. You’ll enjoy a competitive base pay and growth opportunities through comprehensive training, including our Earn as You Learn programmes and skill-based pay enhancements.

We’re seeking individuals who are:

• Passionate about delivering excellent service.
• Flexible, with the ability to work a flexible shift pattern across 6 days a week (we are closed on Sundays). You will receive a minimum contract of 39 hours, with potential for additional hours during busy periods, absences, and holidays.
• Experience working with or handling dogs in a professional grooming or pet care environment is desirable but not essential (please note that bathing and prepping your own dog does not count as professional experience).
• Preferably experienced in a target-driven environment, but willing to learn if not.
